I just bought a left hand drive Volkswagen. I recently moved to England, and I needed to buy a car. I was used to living and driving in the United States, where I drove on the opposite side of the road. It is strange, after driving in the states for so long, to get used to driving on the opposite side of the road and driving a car from the opposite seat. There are days when I still walk to the wrong side of the car to get in. Then, I remember that I have a new and very different car. I hope I do not accidentally drive on the wrong side of the road some day.
