One of the problems is that we are located in a rural area and are miles from most peoples’ homes. They choose to work nearer home.
We solved part of this problem with FA outsourcing. Outsourcing companies provide skilled employees at a cost we can afford; and it saves us the cost of desks, computers, and other overhead.
Outsourcing has been a lifesaver for our accounting needs and has worked so well we are now looking into outsourcing some of our other departments.
