Can We Buy a House?
June 27th, 2008 . by adminMy husband and I have been living in the same apartment since we got married, which was about 5 years ago now. We’ve been thinking about starting a family recently. But, we don’t think that our apartment is anywhere to raise children. We need more space for the children to have a place of their own inside, as well as room to run and play outside safely. We looked at our finances and wondered if we could afford a house. Before we did any looking, we wondered for what kind of FNB mortgage we could get approved. Fortunately, we were approved for a loan and learned we could get a decent house for not much more than what we were already paying each month in rent. So, we knew we could get a house and be happy.
