What I love online banking is I can pay my bills online.  So all I have to do is to remember my due dates so I would not be penalized.  I do the same for my mom too as I pay her bills using my account. She does not trust herself to do it but she trusts me to do it using my account. Talk about somebody who is making sure that nothing happens to her.  My dad is also the same way. He has not tried Commerce Online Banking with his business as he prefers to line up and wait for his turn in banks instead of just clicking on what he needs online.  The old people are all the same. They get nervous with change.
