I know that it is hardly a new and innovative concept — but for many companies it works really well. Simply put, you encourage your existing employees to refer other people that they know to your company for employment — if they are interviewed and hired, the referring employee can earn a small amount of compensation or receive some other type of nonmonetary reward. It should go without saying that quality people know other quality people — and if you can break into their circle of acquaintances, you can find many new potential job candidates.
