Second, how does he or she stay up to date with the latest trends in job search.
Third, what training or certifications does this person have (resume writing is an unregulated industry so be sure you know this).
Fourth, do you feel a connection with them? Does their process seem right for you? Do they seem to understand you? Personality and fit are important so check for both.
Finally, what do their resume samples look like? This is crucial. if you like what you see, you’ll probably like your new resume. If you don’t, stay well away!
