The hotels in Bulgaria can be very good, but do have the potential to be very bad. Very much the same as the Uk. I have found that the best way to find a hotel in Bulgaria is to do a Google search, making sure that you have selected ‘search the UK’ option. This is because it narrows your search to English speaking people, it just makes life easer. Type in Hotel, then a town such as Elhovo or Boyanovo, or wherever you want to stay, and you will get a list. Click on a few, and give them a ring or drop them an email. If you don’t get a reply, give it a miss!
