As a “Real Estate Finder,” or “Flipping Houses” wholesaler, you must find buyers compatible with the wholesale deals you’ve obtained from sellers.  There are many ways to find investor buyers, and once you have a list of buyers built, you can market to those leads over and over again.  I’ve learned some great tactics to follow up with investor buyers that have allowed me to close wholesale deals quickly and efficiently.  It’s all about having a simple system in place that takes very little time on your part once it’s in place.After you’ve done the initial work to build your buyers list, it’s time to send information about your wholesale deals to your investors.  I recommend that you do this in an e-mail.  It’s essential that your properties and investor buyers are compatible.  Provide as much information as possible to ensure that your buyer is picking the best property for them.
