May 27th, 2008 . by adminWe have a very tricky situation with our family income and we need to buy a home. Both my husband and I work but the money I earn is from a non-profit organization. My income fluctuates and I can not show a consistent income. If we apply for home loans in South Africa is there a deal or a mortgage plan that could use my income as a back up if needed? I know that we should both show that we are working but I do not want the fluctuation in my paycheck from hindering us in the type of loan we get.
