Is Real Estate at a Bottom?
April 16th, 2009 . by adminAfter seeing the United States real estate market tumble a staggering 25% over the last 2 years, it makes me wonder if we have finally hit a bottom. After reading up on the situation and talking with several agents on a real estate forum I have concluded the following.
The northern United states is pretty much sitting at a bottom. The south east, especially Florida has further to fall. The miami area in particular. Southern California and other western states like Arizona may also fall another 10-1% before all is said and done. Stable markets seem to be in the Carolina’s Hawaii, and the Central United States.
