Making Recruiting Easier
January 6th, 2009 . by adminOur recruiters are getting really overworked, so we are thinking of getting some recruitment software to make things easier for them. The transition period might be a little rocky, but after it is all set up they will be able to easily keep track of all the applicants for their positions and where they stand in the recruitment process. They can have the software prescreen the applicants and send out letters for them. The applicants will also be able to use the online system to apply for jobs and check their application status, saving the recruiters the time they would otherwise have to spend on this.
