Instead of going out to drink, Rachael decided to stay home one evening at watch TV.  Even though she was in the mood for a comedy or a funny movie, while she was flipping from one channel to another she stopped at a channel that had a special about alcohol poisoning.  Due to the fact that she and her best friends often drank excessively, this program really made an impact on Rachael.  For example, Rachael was amazed at the number of teenagers and young adults in their early twenties who were diagnosed with alcohol poisoning every year.   And what was worse, she was now realized how the body can actually shut itself down and stop functioning due to too much alcohol.  In her heart of hearts, she knew that she had to significantly cut down on her drinking and that she had to tell her friends about the TV program she had watched.
