Before I almost lost no reason to live, and as a matter of fact, I then even considered my life as a boring routine. I thought I was already prepared to leave this world. But when I found this ab machine known as the ab rocket, it gave me a sense of purpose, and that is to lose weight through this and then be an example to those people who are eager to lose weight but then cannot do so because they are being teased by those other people that they are fat and that they are a hopeless case. I am still using this ab rocket and it relieves stress as well.
