I started my first day by getting up at five o’clock in the morning and went to the local gym for a rigorous workout with my local trainer. It was grueling, but I reminded myself that I needed to loose weight quick. I felt like I was going to die after that workout. I am going to have to go home and sleep for about two days. I had to go and get something to eat, but what? I thought that I would get some fat free nutrition bar and a big old bottle of water. I remembered that I had to drink some milk as well.
