Increase the favor of salads

Like most of us, I have tried to lose weight by watching what I eat. The raw foods diet that includes salads is a must when counting calories. The key is to increase the flavor and food value of such salads by adding diced onions, bits of bacon, cubes of toast, sliced red or white radishes, sliced mushrooms, bits of raw cauliflower, slices of green or red peppers, parsley, cherry tomatoes, ripe or green olives. Whatever you do to make such salads more tasty will most likely also make them more nutritious. Remember, it’s what you put on a salad that can make it low in calories.
