Personal injury and the story of the friendly dog

It can be considered infamous around the globe and will continue to be famous amongst us personal injury solicitors. So what is it about? Well, a nice young postman from, lets say Ireland, went to deliver some christmas mail and patted the nice dog who was barking at him. Did he get attacked by the dog? Well no not exactly, he tripped over the dog doo doo that was next to the barking dog. Cliche? What cliche?
