Pregnancy Diet

If you are going to have a baby, then you may think that you can eat anything that you want but you really should not think that way.   You should try a pregnancy diet to aid you and help you stay within the weight range that you should be.  By sticking to a low fat diet, you have a much greater chance of not gaining a lot of weight that you can’t get rid of.  Most doctors recommend that you only add an additional 300 calories per day to your diet.  This is great advice.
