Everyone has heard that exercise is important if you want to lose weight. You can lose weight without it, but it is easier if you exercise, and exercise helps keep off the weight that you have lost as well. But you need to be sure to do strength training as well as cardio. Muscle might weigh more that fat, but it burns more calories throughout the day. Any Fat Loss 4 Idiots type guide should be sure to include that information, as by replacing fat with muscle you also lose inches and look better, even if you haven’t lost weight.
