My Dad Likes to Worry

Our rain water tank on the side of the house is made of some kind of tin, and despite it doing its job, which is holding water, he seems to think that we need a new one. He found a few large rust holes on the top of the tank and seems to think the excess rust is going into the water. I guess that is means for worry when we think about it. He has been looking into the plastic looking tanks and seems to think he can get a great deal if he buys two.
