Looking For The Best Cream Puff Recipe

I have patiently check baking books in bookstores and even researched popular sites or blogs. The good thing is that these sites or books offered so many information about cream puffs. I did not know that such small pastry treat can be so interesting. I meant, there are actually many things or variations that you can do in making cream puffs. All this time I was thinking they all use the same recipe.
