It is a constant debate. Most people are divided as to which way they prefer to look up a phone number or a business address. Some people do it the old fashioned way and get out the big and heavy yellow pages and flip from page to page. Other people would rather get on their computer and look for an online telephone book yellow pages. Both will essentially get you what you are looking to find.
