Last Christmas Break, my children decided that they wanted to learn how to ski.  I don’t know where this came from since we live in a desert and don’t see much snow. I agreed to let them try it even if it wasn’t something I wanted to attempt.  I was lucky to find a ski sale where I was able to outfit them with all the gear they would need to learn.  We drove to a ski resort about four hours away and they got signed up for lessons.  They  had an absolute blast.  Next time, they tell me I have to try it!
